چکیده مقاله:

B. subtilis have been reported to be endophytes in the internal tissue of some plants. In addition, Bacillus genera have been reported to be major components of the rhizosphere of sugar beets, canola, wheat and tea bushes. B.subtilis species are used in agriculture as antifungal rhizobacteria. Here we washed roots of adhering soil and isolation pure cultures of wild-type Bacillus subtilis were done. Phenotypic and 16S rDNA sequencing revealed that most root isolates obtained by this method are spore-forming Bacillus species that are able to form biofim.
