Evaluation the effect of Warfarin on the development of male rat offspring hippocampus

Warfarin is an oral anticoagulant agent prescribed for treating cardio-vascular disorder. Its functions to reduce synthesis of vitamin K-dependant factors. Although in pregnancy it is less harmful than Heparin, it easily passes the placenta, negatively affecting the embryo. The current study aims is to evaluate the effect of Warfarin on brain development of rat's offsprings.
