Tannin extraction from the leaves of two oak species in North and Western of Iran

Tannin, one of the most important substances in oak tree in Iran. It has various applications in pharmaceutical compounds.This research was conducted to extract total tannin from Q. castaneifolia in North and Q. infectoria in western in Iran.
