چکیده مقاله:

The relationship between irrigation management, crop yield and the percent of protein content of type Navid wheat during two crop seasons (2012-2013), was studied in Boroujerd Agricultural Research Station. The study was repeated three times, using completely randomized blocks. The results show that the effect of irrigation on wheat yield was significant and the highest level of performance was around 5206 kg per hectare which was achieved with the irrigation after 70 mm cumulative evaporation and those in the treatment group after cumulative evaporation of 40, 100 and 120 mm with the performance of about 6416,6652 and 5416 kg per hectare, respectively followed it. The effect of irrigation on yield and straw yield has been significant and the performance of straw of irrigation after 40، 70 and 100 mm was 11010,10170, 9397 and 8375 kg per hectare, respectively. The performance of straw in the two irrigation treatments after 40 and 70 mm was in group A. This is due to the effect of high irrigation on more vegetative growth and ultimately on straw. The average weight of 1000 seeds for the above irrigation treatments were 33.91, 32.66, 30.49 and 27.39, which in irrigation after 120 mm cumulative evaporation the pigments of wheat grains were dark brown, thin and wrinkled. The average wheat protein for irrigation after 40, 70, 100, 120 mm cumulative evaporation was 13.67, 13.17, 12.83 and 12.9 percent respectively. In experimental conditions the amount of water consumed 4,147 cubic meters per hectare with irrigation with round seven times for eight days of treatment, 70 mm evaporation pan was found to be suitable. According to the amounts of WUE water use efficiency in grain production and less consumption of water, 3.664 cubic meters of irrigation water per hectare with irrigation with round five with 11 days for treatment after100 mm evaporation pan is recommended. Due to performance differences in first and second year and analysis of variance, it is shown that the year effect has been significant, and is can be due to the length of cold and frost and delay at the time of cultivation.
