aMorphotype identification of Free-Living Amoebae from Hot springs in Ramsar North of Iran

Free living amoebae include many genera such as Acanthamoeba, aegleria and Hartmannella. These opportunistic FLA could be the causal agent of various diseases including Keratitis, Encephalitis and Cutaneous ulcers. These amoebae could be present in water sources and therefore the aim of the present study is to isolate FLA from Hot springs samples collected from various districts in the Ramsar by employing morphological method.
