Prioritization of the Factors affecting the attraction and burnout of sports boards’ volunteers in Kermanshah province

Background: Today, one of the important objectives of sports management in the field of human resources is attracting, organizing, and retaining volunteers. The current research aimed to introduce the factors affecting the attraction and burnout of the volunteer forces in sport boards of Kermanshah province. Materials and methods: Hence, 125 volunteers of these boards have been randomly selected and responded to two standard questionnaires. The data were analyzed usingKolmogrov-Smirnov test, and Friedman test. Result and discussion: Results show that from the perspective of boards’ officials, reducedindividual success factor has the greatest impact on reduction of volunteers in sports boards ofKermanshah. Also, career factor has the greatest impact on attraction of volunteers to sports boards of Kermanshah. Conclusion: A safe and peaceful environment is effective in reducing stress and tension of volunteers
