چکیده مقاله:

Perhaps the most pressing environmental issue today is global warming. It has become clear that global warming is taking place at a faster rate than previously believed. Furthermore, in all over the world we encounter with restrictions on electricity consumption. Also available sources are not economical and are highly cost for consumers. It is therefore necessary to address energy use, worldwide, as a priority. The aim of sustainable building in respect of energy is to enable the occupants of a building to maintain and, if possible, improve their quality of life, using renewable energy sources, while producing the least possible amount of CO2 emissions. There are various sources of renewable energy such as solar thermal, wind energy, photovoltaic and etc. This paper presents these renewable sources. Basic focus is on the Building Integrated Photovoltaic (BIPV) systems, which, can be designed as aesthetically integrated building components.
