چکیده مقاله:
Due to the competition of organizations in the global village, competitive advantage is awarded to organizations. Intense competition, firms have required to reduce costs through creativity. In the meantime gas supply industry of country has bottlenecks that are corrected with the use of performance appraisal systems and international standards. Due to multiple constraints in today's business environment, executives and designers and industrial development projects due to improper design, technology complexities, diversity of specialties required, the huge volume of activities, as well as a large number of organizations and individuals involved with several problems on the road its objectives are facing. Hence projects within the framework of cost and time determined are not performed. In this paper, initially a brief description of methodology and value engineering discussed in the following example of the implementation of this methodology in a gas pipeline construction project in Bushehr province of Borazjan City studied and is presented. In this project eventually was approved 22 ideas in value engineering by using AHP method to in order the ideas; Factors weight index change value / elected ideas, Gas consumption index change of 0.7 to 0.6 of Borazjan urban network, construction of test hole every 100 meters a hole instead of every 50 meters of a hole, remove the cabinet TBS station in Dehghaed, design and implementation of pipeline routes we do that: Secondly, the lifespan of asphalt covers is more than 4 years. First to fifth priority was allocated to self and had most important ones
