Concept Composition as A Means for Creating New Ideas to Handle Complexities in Organizations

In this paper, as an attempt for creating added-value knowledge, we discuss the applicability of an approach called concept composition as a potential means for manipulating the existing frameworks in a way that the idea generated in this way, can function well for handling complex situations in an organization. Within this scope, the existing frameworks are represented in terms of appropriate frames, and the process of composition is performed in an iterative manner to produce a final idea, which can best support the current decision situation.
