چکیده مقاله:

The Surface Scraped Heat Exchanger (SSHE) is a special type of heat exchanger for heating/cooling fluids with high viscosity, sensitive to temperature variations and high affinity for deposition In this research, the heat exchanger is introduced different factors influencing heat transfer coefficient. The inlet flow rate of the fluid,revolution per minute of the rotor, shape and the number of blades are the factors affecting the SSHE performance. The numerical method of Finite Volume isemployed in the study for cooling mode. Finally, it is found that the revolution rate of rotor is the most prominent parameter affecting the heat transfer coefficient. It also observed that the more this rate, the more the SSHE performance significantly improves
