Factors Influencing the Successful Deployment of Knowledge Management

Today, achieving a sustainable competitive advantage is achieved if companies take steps toward knowledge creation . Better and more effective as well as organized and managed use of corporate knowledge create significant economic, social and cultural progress in the organizations. But on the other hand unsuccessful knowledge management may impose enormous cost to the organization . Therefore, understanding the factors contributing to the successful knowledge management can help to better management.This article aimed to review knowledge management and its influencing factors in telecommunication companied of west Mazandaran-Iran. In this paper, all factors affecting the implementation of knowledge management were classified into five factors of individual factors of the employees, strategic and managerial factors, cultural factors, structural and organizational processes and infrastructure and the impact of each factor on the implementation of knowledge management was measured using related questions and responding to those factors through a questionnaire. Knowledge management model used in this paper the SECI model of NonakaTakeuchi is used as knowledge management
