Abstract: In recent years, one of the important issues that will be considered the reference frequency coefficients that in this paper designed two type multiplier and compared, also will be discussed that the main purpose is multiples of the reference frequency for a synthesizer. In synthesizers multiplicative need to reference signal with phase noisevery good and flatness bandwidth. The purpose of this design is its use of a synthesizer generated frequency is3GHZ with 1Hz resolution, thus signal generated should be Ultra Phase noise band. Since Phase noise and powerlevel is very important, in addition to numerical computation, simulation software based on actual amounts taken. It is noteworthy that output phase noise depends on the phase noise of the input signal and the n-th harmonic also phase noise n-th harmonic increases to ratio n ^ 2. As can be seen, the end results is in multiples of the referencefrequency 121MHz with Ultra phase noise that It is recommended for use in synthesizers and another designs. Also in this paper compared two different designs discrete and complex deal that in addition to the output result of the size and ease of installation is considered.
