Investigating Kinetics of Insulin Release in Bioartificial Pancreas in the Form of Reactions on Surface Kinetics

Diabetes is one of spreading diseases whole the world. Several methods exist in order to treat this failure. One developing, biological and physiological method is bioartificial pancreas. These devices consist of ß-Cells that respond hyperglycemia.An important parameter that effects on performance of these devices is to determine an accurate model in order to present kinetics of insulin release. Several efforts were done by several researcher in order to do this. In the following a model based on reactions on surface kinetics would be developed and its reliability would be examined according to experimental data
