Wind pressure field over a typical dome modeling

Finding wind pressure over a typical dome, considered as an spatial structure’s cladding, aimed becauseof its importance of being used to define overall load to these kinds of structures. Trying to gaincoefficient of pressure, Cp, ANSYS-CFX commercial CFD code has been conducted to solve Navier-Stokes equations numerically. At last results compared wind tunnel, eurocode and Iranian space structurecode data. The results show good agreement with wind tunnel and deviations of standards have beeninterpreted.
