چکیده مقاله:

Satisfaction is an important factor in the success of e-commerce systems in the business world. Businesses, particularly small and medium sized companies need to make a good use of information and communication technology inorder to make a competitive edge. Besides, use of ICT by SMEs is vital for success in today's markets. Previous studies have evaluated the e-commerce customers satisfaction, but in this survey satisfaction of businesses using E-commerce from the view of managers and employees has been rare. So, factors and satisfaction with E-business models in a prior research is adopted and investigated to determine the level of satisfaction in Shiraz E-businesses. Using structural equation modeling (SEM) and the said model’s factors, this research by AMOS 22 software in maximum likelihood method (ML) has estimated the suitable model. The results show that the five models, such as; the cost and effectiveness of website, management and support, change management, and marketing skills and knowledge based on satisfaction of using e-commerce in small and medium sized businesses are affecting Shiraz E- businesses, the level of satisfaction is lower than average, however.
