Evaluation of Two Regression and Factor Analysis Methods on the Implementation of the Balanced Scorecard Method

Balanced Scorecard method with translation of vision and organization strategy with understandable terms, prevent different perceptions and aligning individual and organizational goals help the successful implementation of the strategy. The ability of each manufacturing and service organization in the use of their intangible assets, much needed investment and management of physical assets has become apparent. Steer the organization toward a future in which the key determinant of success, technology and organizational capabilities, and competition is constantly intensifying, only under the supervision and control of the financial measures relating to the past is impossible. In this paper, after studying history and explanations of how to use this method, the effort to use statistical models examines the relationships between the strategic objectives in the strategy map. At first correlation analysis to find the relationship between the strategic objectives of the layers bottom to top in the Balanced Scorecard method studied and how the Ridge regression and factor analysis determine the level of communication is different
