Considering Effects of Rashba Spin Orbit Couplingon Conductance in Monolayer Graphene

We theoretically the transport properties of monolayer grapheme , where the Rashba spin-orbit couplingare attached to the middle region of the grapheme sheet. We can control the band gap and the band structure of themonolayer graphene by using the Rashba spin-orbit coupling induced on the layer. The conductance are calculated bythe Landaur-Buttiker formula.
