Controlled Synthesis of Various ZnO Nanostructures by Electrochemical Deposition and Hydrothermal Methods

In this paper, we present a two-step procedure to fabricate ZnO nanostructures: electrochemical depositionand hydrothermal method. At the first, we used electrochemical deposition to deposit ZnO nanostructures on the FTOglass and the ZnO nanoporous was obtained. Then the samples went through a hydrothermal process. The resultantstructures are the ZnO nanowires. We used field emission-scanning electron microscope to investigate morphologies ofthe samples. We obtained different diameters of ZnO nanowires by controlling the ZnO growth potential inelectrochemical deposition.
