چکیده مقاله:

Capacitive nanosensor was fabricated on the basis of MOF film growth through electrochemical method on thecopper substrate. Cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB), 1-methyl 3-octylimidazolium Chloride and 1- methyl 3-dodecylimidazolium Chloride as two kinds of ionic liquids (ILs) were used as conducting salts in the electrochemical cell. The effects of the kind and amounts of conducting salt, DC voltage, time, temperature and N2 purging on the electrochemical growth of Cu-BTC (MOF-199) on copper plate were investigated. The capacitor was fabricated trough coating of another copper layer (grid layer) on the MOF layer. The capacitance and resistance of the films is measured by LCR meter. Capacitance variations measured for verifying the potential of the Cu-BTC films for using as dielectric film in capacitance sensors. For this goal we chose water, methanol and ethanol vapour for sensing test.
