Hole-conductor-free nanostructured-perovskite based solar cell

Hole-conductor-free solution- processed photovoltaic devices based on CH3NH3PbI3−xClx perovskitesemiconductor are reported.The light-absorbing perovskite layer was fabricated by spin coating accompanied with heat treatment. In addition, as a result of complete infiltration of perovskite into the high porous nanostructured TiO2 layer, an 83% porous TiO2 scaffold was used in device structure. The resulting solar cell results in a power conversion efficiency of 3.36% under simulated full sunlight.
