چکیده مقاله:

Deferoxamine has several drawbacks including swelling, itching,slow injection and pain.The Niosomeformulation is employed to prepare nanoparticles which are loaded by DFO. The nanoparticles are analysed for theirparticle size, Zeta potential, morphology and cytotoxicity effect on two cell lines and the results are compared withcommercial product as control. Nanoparticles have the average size of 115 nm and 136 nm and spherical morphologyand profile of release of formulated nanoparticles are more regulated and slower. Investigation of intracellular ironchelation ability analysis by iron overload simulation indicated that the inducing iron into cell and making artificial ironoverload in Hep-G2 cells and then treating with free DFO and formulated DFO. This Study provides new way forchanging the method of administration of DFOand reducing the dosage of drug and increasing the circulation time ofdrug.Plus, this study provides an efficient and novel targeting to organs like liver and heart.
