چکیده مقاله:

Nanostructured SAPO-34 and ZSM-5 catalysts has high light olefins selectivity and long lifetime,respectively. combination of these catalysts can led to the optimum light olefins selectivity and longer lifetime. In thisstudy, SAPO-34/ZSM-5 composite catalyst was synthesized with 10% wt. ZSM-5 loading in the initial gel viahydrothermal method. The synthesized catalysts were characterized by XRD, FESEM and EDX techniques and theircatalytic performance was investigated in MTO process. By ZSM-5 loading, crystallinity reduced and small peaksrelated to ZSM-5 were observed. For composite catalyst, spherical particles were produced that small cubic particlesare accumulated on the surface of them. Olefins selectivity for the both catalysts were similar with time on stream butcomposite catalyst showed longer lifetime and after 1000 min of reaction olefins selectivity reduced with slow rate.Well catalytic performance of composite catalyst could be attributed to the modifying its properties in presence ofZSM-5.
