چکیده مقاله:
Silicoaluminophosphates (SAPOs) are a new generation of microporous molecular sieves which are used inmethanol to olefins (MTO) reaction in order to produce light olefins. Among this group of molecular sieves, SAPO-34is the most propitious catalyst for this catalytic reaction. The only problem is that this catalyst gets deactivated rapidlydue to coke formation. It was found that controlling the size of particles plays an important role in better catalyticperformance of the catalysts. Therefore, in this study, SAPO-34 nanoparticles were prepared by ultrasonic-assistedhydrothermal synthesis and applying combination of morpholine and diethyl amine as structure directing agents. Thesynthesized nanoparticles were analysed by XED and SEM. The results show that using more than one template leads tocrystallinity increase and size reduction. Comparing to hydrothermal synthesis, by this method the time of synthesis hasbeen reduced considerably.
