The Role of Nucleotides on a Nanomedicine Function: A DFT Modeling Study

Vinblastine is a nanomedicine which applies as an anticancer agent. Density functional theory (DFT)and B3LYP (Becke, three-parameter, Lee–Yang–Parr) calculations are used to examine effect of nucleotides onvinblastine function in different media. Vinblastine function was compared under in and out of nucleotidespresence situations. The results showed that nucleotides increase the nanomedicine function and some nucleotidesplay more important role than the other
