Synthesis and Caracterization of Graphene/Nickel Oxide Nanorods Composite

In this study, high-quality few-layer Graphene/NiO nanorods Composite (GNC) were synthesized viasolvothermul method Solution phase exfoliation of graphite was done in N-Methyle-pyrrolidone (NMP). We confirmedthe presence of few-layer graphene by Raman spectroscopy. The presence of graphene was confirmed by UV-Vis spectrumand NiO structure was found by X-ray diffraction (XRD) pattern. Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy(FESEM) images showed that the NiO nanorods with average diameter 36 nm are deposited on graphene.
