چکیده مقاله:

In this work, iron oxide magnetic nanoparticles was firstly synthesized and then the morphology of this structure wasexamined by SEM. XRD pattern and VSM curve were also investigated for characterization of nanoparticles.Subsequently Fe3O4 was coated by SDS and it was used as a sorbent in magnetic solid phase extraction (MSPE) alongwith dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction (DLLME of some amphetamines (MDA, MDEA, MDEA and MDPA) frombiological samples. Optimized extraction conditions were 1 mg SDS, sample pH of 4, extraction time of 5 min, 2 mindesorption using 1.5 mL methanol as desorption solvent and 55 μL CS2 as extracting solvent used in DLLME process. The method showed linearity in the range of 0.5-250 μg/L for MDA and 1.0-250 μg/L for the rest in urine. These rangeswere 1.0-250 μg/L for MDA and 2.0-250 μg/L for the rest of analytes in plasma. The amounts of limit of detection, basedon signal to noise of 3, were 0.1 and 0.3 μg/L for MDA in urine and plasma, respectively. These values were 0.2 and 0.5μg/L for the rest of analytes in order. The amounts of relative recoveries were in the range of 90-96 in urine and 87-93in plasma.
