چکیده مقاله:

The purpose of this research is to prepare a molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) using graphene oxide (GO) as a novelmaterial in the world of sorbent. Firstly GO was synthesized from graphite powder and charachterized using XRD Pattern.Subsequently SiO2 was coated on synthesized GO sheet in water-alcohol mixture using sol- gel technique. Prior topolymerization the vinyl group was introduced on to the surface of SiO2/GO through chemical modification withmethacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilence (  -MAPS), which can direct selective polymerization on the surface. Then anovel composite of MIPS-SiO2/GO was obtained by copolymerization in presence of vinyl group functionalized SiO2/GO,carbamazepine (CBZ), methacrylic acid and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate. The MIPS-SiO2/GO composite was characterized by FT-IR, SEM methods. Following this product was used for analyticalsample preparation based on dispersive solid phase extraction (MSPE) using molecularly imprinted polymer as newsynthesized sorbet for isolation and extraction of carbamazepine followed by HPLC-UV from aquatic and biologicalmedia. The method showed good linearity in the range of 0.5-500 μg/L. Furthermore, satisfactory relative recoverieswere obtained for urine and plasma samples.
