A Comparative Study of the Properties of Carbon Nano-structures and those of Boron Nitride Nano-Structures

Nowadays, the field of carbon nano-structures has attracted many researchers due to their uniquecharacteristics,. However, there are limitations in using them, too. In this paper we focus on another form of nanostructures,namely the boron nitride nano-structures. First, we define and identify the features of boron nitride nanostructuresand then we try to compare the properties of carbon nano-structures with those of born nitride nano-structures
