Bio synthesis of silver nanoparticles from Doremaaucheri and Juniperus and their antimicrobial activities

According to the resistance of microorganisms compared to antibiotics, researchers are discovering new antimicrobialmaterials. Therefore, the purpose of this study is the research on anti- bacterial effects of Dorema aucheri extract in thepresence of silver nanoparticles which is produced by biological method. In order to produce silver nanoparticles bybiological methods, Dorema aucheri extract and Juniperus extract, as the reducing agent, were separately used. Theformation of silver nanoparticles, with biological methods, by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and also theexistence of absorption peak at 450 nm were confirmed. As well, the minimal inhibitory concentration of (MIC) andminimal bactericidal concentration (MBC) and non- growth of corona diameter of these extracts were investigated onbacterial, lonely and also with Nano- particles.
