The status study of Iran and Malaysia in the field of economic entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial management

Nowadays, Information Communication Technology (ICT) has created new horizons in business and productive job creating that all of them have played a key role in constant development in global village. Digital entrepreneurial is the solution of job creating. In most of the economic enterprises, it is impossible to obtain a better alternative for quick job creating and high income with the least rate of investment. Islamic Republic of Iran has recently reached to the same conclusion and in order to do this has taken some actions. Applying incubator is one of the mechanisms that is used for the nurture of small organizations and helping to the entrepreneurial development. The relation between entrepreneurial and small and medium institutes, accompanied with the development of information societies, overshadow other issues such as development and job creating. Small and medium institutes play a key role in the economic stability of every country and supporting them has gained a great deal of importance. To achieve this goal, the role of cooperative institute as small and medium economic institutes is increasing. The cooperative institutes play a key role not only in commerce but also in social life of people. The cooperative institutes are the same as insurance companies that help people out in crises. The cooperative institute is an exemplar of incubator. Malaysia is a country which has recently gained a remarkable economic development by taking the same action and the Malaysian government by planning and implementing a 30 year economic development program (by 2020) intends to transfer this country to well-developed and industrial country. In this paper by implying the necessity of holding digital entrepreneurial and pointing some successful entrepreneurial countries, it is tried to mention the necessity of the presence of incubator in the stable development.
