Analysis of Factors Affecting Human Resource Productivity (Case Study: Yazd Payame Noor University)

Due to the importance of human resource productivity in organizations, the main goal of this study is determining factors affecting the human resource productivity in Yazd Payame Noor University. We investigated the effect of six factors including Managerial factor, Social and moralfactor, Personal factor, Cultural factor, Physical factor and Economical factor on Human resources productivity in Yazd Payame Noor University. The data used in this study consist of questionnaire responses. A total of 150 questionnaires were sent out and 98 valid responses were received. In this study regression technique was employed to determine the effect of six mentioned factors on human resource productivity. The results indicated that all of the six ment ioned factors had positive impact on Resource Absorption.
