چکیده مقاله:

Nanotechnology has a significant role in materials and building materials. It also helps usto know how we can have more strength and lighter materials than current ones.Materials which have the least aggressive environmental effects play the most brilliantrole in material selection and their resistance. Nanotechnology can create thepossibility of controlling inherent properties of materials such as melting temperature,magnetic properties, load capacity and even color without changing the chemicalcomposition by producing nanometer-scale structures which has significant role inpreparation of suitable materials with desired properties to reduce energy consumptionin the direct and indirect form. Nowadays, by taking advantage of this technologyconcept of architecture in harmony with the environment can be expanded which triesto address the underlying human comfort and welfare. Generally, this paper indicatesnew and modern building materials with Nano structure and demonstrates itsadvantages in construction industry. This paper tries to analyze materials and findsnew category of materials which can be used to reduce energy consumption byversatile performance. The methodology of the research is descriptive – analyticwhich has been done on the base of library studies.
