Analysis and investigation of sustainability in Parand the new city of Tehran in order to apply sustainability and climatic solutions of Masdar city

By increasing the population of Iran, difficulties in populated urban cities like Tehran capital of Iran has become more challenging and important to be take into consideration. To avoid such problems there has been solutions of attracting the overflow crowd that has been considered worldwide by expanding and locating new cities in vicinity of existing crowded cities. After many observation and investigation results from papers and articles and real life experience it indicates constructing a new cities to solve current problems was a failure. The real challenge is how to use sustainable urban development in order to overcome mentioned problems above and even go beyond theories in real life projects. To achieve this objective the most accessible and possible solution is to consider previous successful practical projects, investigation of these projects can be used to avoid risks and trial and error method otherwise it can leads to huge capital investment loss. In a nutshell considering Masdar city can bring huge benefits if analyzed and investigate and compare it to current situation in detail, because it was built in respect to meet the sustainable approach and to overcome the population expansion problems.
