Green building, aspects and impacts

Along with the significance of using sustainable resources and energies to reduce pollution, buildings; as one of the main effectual components; play a crucial role in conserving nature and life quality of the next generations. According to statistics the average green share of building project activities in 2012 was 38 percent with a continued growth. This paper surveys different recent studies and statistical information to analyze distinctive aspects of green building, including a broad view from social tendencies and environmental considerations to energy efficiency and financial data. Findings from comparative studies among different effective elements and activities across the globe indicate the way, that green building meet wants and needs of the project and draw a clear comprehension of advantages and significance of making schemes and harmonizing with the global sustainable trends.
