Studying the Factors Related to Increasing the Financial Resources of Bank Maskan (Case Study on the branches of Booshehr Province)

In contemporary competitive world, not only protecting the available resources but also absorbing new resources does not seem a simple work. The research isdone as survey and questionnaire is used for gathering the data. The population in this study is all the customers of Maskan Bank during the first Six months in1392. The research findings show that each of the components of customer’s view to deposit interests and facilities, physical capabilities of bank,employees’ skill and specialty, manner of their encountering with customer, quality and variety of bank services has significant relationship with absorbing the bank resources.
