چکیده مقاله:

Cogeneration systems are becoming more and more important thanks to their enhanced efficiency, energy saving and enviromental aspects with respect to the separate production of electricity and heat. In this paper the replacement of separate heat and power production with combined heat and power system in South Pars Gas Complex is presented based on the measured data during the operation time of the plant.Gas turbine based cogeneration plants consisting of gas turbine and heat recovery steam generator (HRSG) in different operating condition is investigated. To simulate these systems, Thermoflow Software are employed. Energy and exergy balance of system are presented. First and second laws effieciency of these cogeneration systems are calculated and compared with separate production. Furthermore, the exergy loss of cogeneration system are evaluated. The results show that cogeneration system has a large potential for energy saving and enviromental emission reduction
