چکیده مقاله:
The flower of viola odorata is one of the most important native medicinal herbs in Iran. The viola odorata and many treatment specifications of it have been recognized by the people from long timeago (3). Cocopeat is one of the coconut palm’s products which are a prefect bed for cultivating the plants because of its good capacity to keep water, foodstuff and air porosity (1). The goal of this research is the study of effect of Cocopeat cultivation bed and to introduce a suitable bed forgrowing viola odorata. Materials and Methods This experience was done in compeletly randomize design (CRD) with 2 treatments and 3 repetitions including 9 flower vases. This experience was performed in research greenhouse of Islamic Azad University of khorasgan (isfahan). the cultivation substrate of treatments with voluminal ratios were included: Coco peat- manure- loam (25%+25%+50%) and the loam – manure (50%+50%). The statistical analysis of data was performed in LSD method and by SAS. Results and DiscussionThe results showed that the maximum numbers of leave and maximum bush height related to the treatment Cocopeat + loam + manure. In general,the results show that the Cocopeat cultivationsubstrate can be introduce as a proper cultivation substrate for viola odorata herb and also as asubstitution for other cultivation substrates according to physical and chemical characters the style of its tissue. In order to effect of different substrate the treatment in lilium hybrids, the result shown that the cocopeat substrate was better than mineral substrate in aspect of bush high and number of leaf rate (2).
