photovoltaic performance dye-sensitized solar cells based on graphene/Fe3O4 nanocomposites

In This work we studied characteristics of dye-sensitized solar cells with graphene/Fe3O4 nanocomposites. Characterization of the graphene/Fe3O4 nanostructures is investigated in detail by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. With this dye-sensitized solar cells with graphene/Fe3O4 nanocomposites, an improvement in the cell efficiency is achieved. This improvment achieved by using graphene/Fe3O4 nanocomposites is attributable to the introduction of an electron-extraction layer and absorption of light in the visible range.
