چکیده مقاله:
Nowadays, a good manager needs to interact with his staff properly. In fact, the most important element considered in the success of the managers of big companies is their ability in interacting with their personnel. An important factor in interactions is their good styles of listening. This study examines the relationship of leadership style communication apprehension, communication competence, and listening styles. In fact, the main concern is about examining leadership styles, using 4 styles of listening. The relationship between laissez-fair, transactional, and transformational leadership styles with 2 elements of communication apprehension and communication competence was confirmed.
