چکیده مقاله:

As we approach the 21 century, it is essential that orgaizatons place a high value on career development . This will allow employees to fulfill their career needs, and organizations will benefit by relaining a greater number of their comptent and qualified employees. the career development plan is one of the spheres within with discovering his job career within his job life and hence direct him towards perfection. this entalis a more effective job satisfaction and occupational involvement. this purpose of this paper is to address the quality of the process for the design and implemention of MAPNA companys career development plan ar various organizational levels including emplpyees, technicians, senior secrataries and experts by initating specify factors necessary for promotion in mentoned levels.
