چکیده مقاله:
This study is conducted to achive optimal strategy for cluster of Qom hand made carpet by using SWOT matrix, internal and external evaluation matrixs, strategic position and action evaluation matrix and quantitative strategic planning matrix.This study is supllyable in terms of goal and the populations are experts and artists of carpet industry in Qom.Findings showed Qom hand mademade carpet has more weaknesses and opportunities interms of internal and external factors. It is in such a situation which can exploit the opportunities and reduce weaknesses with help of strategies.The strengths of this product are as follow: man power, active organization in production, easy access to skilled weavers, having high added value products and being issuable. On the other hand political sanctions, poor marketing and competitors are the major problem in the way of exporting this industry.
