Survey on viscosity of binary mixtures

In this research, viscosities of binary mixtures containingdiisopropyl ether,2- Propanol,2-Butanol and 2-Pentanol has been measured at various temperaturesand different mole fraction.From the experimental data, dynamic viscosity deviations ( ) were calculated. viscosity deviations were correlated by Redlich-Kister type equation as a function of temperature viscosity deviations are negative for all binary mixtures and decrease with increase of temperature. Alsoviscosity deviations were explained by type and nature of interactions occure is solutions.
