چکیده مقاله:

In this paper, generalized differential quadrature method (GDQM) is employed to analyze thermo-mechanical behaviour of rotating disks with variable thickness subjected to various temperature fields and mechanical boundary conditions. The effects of thickness variation, angular velocity of spin, temperature distribution, and external mechanical boundary conditions on stress components and radial displacement of uniform and non-uniform rotating disks are investigated. According to the achieved results stress and displacement are strongly influenced by the above mentioned parameters.
