چکیده مقاله:

The dense IoT networks in the urban environment face difficulties in realizing low latency and scalability. These problems occur due to a large number of device connections, mobility, channel blockages, multipath fading, and the limitations of conventional architectures. In this paper, a hierarchical architecture combining SDN, RIS, UAVs, and Fog computing is proposed. The method employs a multi-objective optimization framework using MINLP, which is solved using heuristic techniques and efficient algorithms. The optimization process is performed jointly on the management of SDN, UAV dynamics, RIS parameters, and fog resource allocation. The performance is analyzed comprehensively using simulations in a realistic urban environment. The results show substantial latency reduction and improvements in scalability and outage probability, along with improvements in SINR and energy efficiency. Sensitivity analysis confirms the complementary role of the components of the proposed architecture. The integrated technique provides a basic framework for ۶G smart cities, enabling real-time services and encouraging robust urban networks via technological integration.
