چکیده مقاله:

In this study, a uniform and thin polyaniline/carbon nanofiber (PANi/CNF) hybrid system has been prepared using the electrospinning method. The effects of process parameters on the nanostructure of PANI/CNF hybrid nanofibers were experimentally studied in the polymer solution containing ۲-acrylamido-۲-methyl-۱-propane sulfonic acid (AMPSA) and dichloroacetic acid (DCAA), AMPSA/DCAA, as a doping agent and solvent. The SEM technique and FT-IR analysis were used to characterize the hybrid nanofibers. The resulting nanofibers obtained from the polymer solution containing commercial PANi, along with a combination of DCAA and AMPSA, were uniform, with an average diameter of the hybrid nanofibers of approximately ۱۰۰ nm. The combination of AMPSA/DCAA has created a suitable solvent system for dissolving PANi and improving the dispersion of CNF in the polymer solution. Additionally, the results have shown that as the flow rate decreases, node density declines, and fibers with uniform morphology are obtained. Furthermore, by reducing the distance from the tip to the collector, the electrical field increases, and the instability of the polymer jet leads to the formation of nodes. Moreover, a higher voltage by increasing the Coulomb forces in the jet stream has led to a decrease in fiber diameter.
