چکیده مقاله:

In this study, a uniform and thin polyaniline/carbon nanofiber (PANi/CNF) hybrid system has been prepared using the electrospinning method. The effects of process parameters on the nanostructure of PANI/CNF hybrid nanofibers were experimentally investigated in a polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) polymer solution. The SEM technique and FT-IR analysis were used to characterize the hybrid nanofibers. The results have shown that with increasing electrospinning voltage, fibers with beads or belt-like structures have been observed. Also, in lower tip to collector distances, defective fibers with bead-like structure have been formed because of increasing the electrical field and the high electrostatic repulsion on the fibers. Moreover, an increase in the flow rate of the polymer solution caused fibers to stick together, so that they form a spider web.
