چکیده مقاله:

The green synthesis of nanoparticles using bacteria provides an eco-friendly and sustainable approach to produce nanoparticles with controlled size, morphology, and surface functionality. These bacterially synthesized nanoparticles exhibit potent anticancer effects by inhibiting tumor growth, inducing apoptosis, and modulating key cellular pathways. Furthermore, they serve as efficient carriers for chemotherapeutic agents, enhancing targeted drug delivery and reducing systemic toxicity. Additionally, microbial nanoparticles can stimulate immune responses, thereby supporting immunotherapy and offering synergistic effects in combination treatments. Overall, green-synthesized nanoparticles represent a promising platform for advanced cancer therapeutics, integrating chemotherapy and immunotherapy for improved clinical outcomes.
