چکیده مقاله:

The rapid evolution of wearable technologies, artificial intelligence (AI), and digital healthcare infrastructures has transformed data-driven telemedicine into one of the most influential pillars of next-generation healthcare systems. Wearable devices such as smartwatches, biosensors, electrocardiogram (ECG) monitors, and remote physiological monitoring systems continuously generate real-time health data, enabling personalized and remote medical services. The integration of wearable-generated data with AI algorithms, cloud computing, and intelligent telemedicine platforms has created new opportunities for early disease detection, predictive healthcare, and continuous patient monitoring. However, significant challenges related to data interoperability, standardization, cybersecurity, privacy protection, and algorithmic transparency continue to limit the large-scale implementation of these technologies. This article explores the transformative role of wearable technologies in intelligent telemedicine and discusses the importance of standardized, secure, and explainable frameworks for future healthcare ecosystems.
