چکیده مقاله:

With the rapid growth of energy demand and the need to reduce dependence on fossil fuels, the development of renewable energy technologies, especially photovoltaic (PV) systems, has gained great importance. One of the main challenges of these power plants is the fluctuation of output power due to changes in solar radiation and ambient temperature, which can lead to a decrease in stability and an increase in operational risk. In this article, a hybrid framework based on fuzzy logic and model predictive control (Fuzzy-MPC) is presented to simultaneously manage the stability of output power and the risk index of PV power plants. The fuzzy system is responsible for the risk and uncertainty assessment, and the model predictive control is used to adjust the output power and reduce fluctuations. Simulations in MATLAB show that the proposed framework improves power stability by up to ۳۵% and reduces the risk index by up to ۴۰%, without requiring additional hardware.
