چکیده مقاله:

The increasing complexity of flight missions and the exposure of pilots to intense physiological loads have made the need for real-time and reliable monitoring systems more critical than ever. Despite advancements in cockpit equipment, a significant gap still exists in continuous and direct monitoring of pilots' biological status. In this study, an integrated smart pilot suit based on functional textiles is presented, incorporating an array of flexible biosensors that record and analyze real-time indicators such as heart rate, respiratory patterns, and thermal load. The low-power electronic architecture, combined with edge-level data processing algorithms, enables early detection of physiological disorders related to high-G forces, neural fatigue, and reduced alertness. System evaluations show that the synergy between nanomaterials, flexible electronics, and intelligent data processing can create a transformative foundation for enhancing flight safety and managing human risk in aerospace operations. The findings pave the way for designing the next generation of autonomous and reliable wearable systems for critical flight applications.
